Why Local Businesses Support Beertopia

Beer lovers, food enthusiasts, and supporters of local charities are invited to raise a glass at Beertopia 2026, presented by Budweiser, on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 6:00–9:30 p.m. at the Veterans’ Hall, Manatee County Fairgrounds. This premier tasting event brings together outstanding local restaurants, breweries, wineries, and beverage distributors for an unforgettable evening of exceptional food, craft beverages, live entertainment, auctions, and community fellowship.

Every successful community event is built on partnerships, and Beertopia continues to thrive because of the businesses, restaurants, breweries, and sponsors that invest in making it possible. For participating businesses, the event provides a unique opportunity to introduce new customers to their products, showcase their brand, and demonstrate a commitment to giving back.

This year’s restaurant lineup highlights the incredible variety of Manatee County’s dining scene. Guests will enjoy signature dishes from local favorites including Big Top Brewing & Restaurant, Urban Taco, Riverhouse Waterfront Restaurant, Coast Seafood & Grill, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Gecko’s Grill & Pub, Central Café, Anna Maria Oyster Bar, Bonefish Grill, O’Bricks Irish Pub & Martini Bar, and Mean Deans Local Kitchen. Each restaurant brings its own unique flavors and culinary creativity, giving attendees the chance to sample some of the area’s most popular dining destinations—all in one evening.

Restaurants gain valuable exposure by serving signature menu items to a crowd eager to discover local flavors. Breweries, distilleries, and beverage distributors connect directly with attendees who appreciate craft products and regional favorites, while sponsors enjoy meaningful visibility as they support two organizations that make a lasting difference in our community: the Eye Center Inc. Vision Foundation and the Hernando De Soto Historical Society.

Beyond the incredible food and beverages, every ticket purchased helps make a difference. Proceeds from Beertopia support programs that improve access to vision care through the Eye Center Inc. Vision Foundation while also helping preserve the rich history of our community through the Hernando De Soto Historical Society.

Tickets are a $75 donation per person, and guests are encouraged to purchase theirs early as attendance is limited. Click the ticket link to reserve your spot and join us for an evening of great food, exceptional beverages, and meaningful community impact.

Whether you’re discovering a new favorite restaurant, sampling local craft brews, or supporting two outstanding nonprofit organizations, Beertopia 2026 promises to be one of Manatee County’s can’t-miss events of the summer.
