2026 De Soto Awards Night

On Thursday, June 25, 2026, the Hernando de Soto Historical Society hosted its annual De Soto Awards Night, bringing together members, community leaders, sponsors, and supporters for an evening dedicated to celebrating service, leadership, and community impact.

One of the highlights of the evening was proudly welcoming 11 new members into the Society. The Class of 2026 represents a continued commitment to preserving local traditions while strengthening our mission of service throughout Manatee County.
