Beertopia Returns August 23:

An Evening of Craft, Cuisine, and Community Impact

Presented by the Hernando de Soto Historical Society & Elysian Brewery
Saturday, August 23, 2025 | Bradenton, FL

It’s been an exciting summer for the Hernando de Soto Historical Society—and the momentum is only growing.

Just this past weekend, the Society hosted a sold-out Bingo Bonanza at Central Cafe, presented by Central Cafe & Cork’s Cigar Bar. With a packed room, great food, and incredible prizes, the evening delivered big fun while raising funds for local causes. And earlier this year, on May 23, the 25th Annual De Soto Charity Crewe Golf Tournament brought together golfers, sponsors, and community members at IMG Academy Golf Club for another unforgettable and impactful day.

Now, the Society is inviting the community to its next highly anticipated event: Beertopia.

Beertopia – Saturday, August 23, 2025

Sponsored by Elysian Brewery, Beertopia offers a perfect mix of local flavor, craft beverages, live entertainment, and community support.

Here’s what guests can look forward to:

  • A tasting experience featuring a wide selection of local and regional craft beers, seltzers, and liquors

  • Signature dishes from popular Bradenton-area restaurants

  • Live music to set the tone

  • A dynamic silent and live auction

  • Raffle drawings with great prizes

Beertopia is a relaxed, social evening with a purpose—and it’s quickly becoming a local favorite.

All proceeds from Beertopia benefit the Eye Center Inc Vision Foundation and the Hernando de Soto Historical Society.
