As the back-to-school season approaches, excitement is brewing for Beertopia 2024, the highly anticipated Craft Beer and Food Festival hosted by the Hernando de Soto Historical Society in partnership with the Eye Center, Inc. Vision Foundation. Set to take place on Saturday, August 24th, from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM inside the Veterans Hall at the Manatee County Fairgrounds, this year’s event promises to be the biggest yet, with a record turnout expected.

 

Beertopia is more than just a celebration of craft beers and gourmet bites; it’s a crucial fundraiser for the Eye Center, Inc. Vision Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to providing free eye examinations and glasses to Manatee County students in need. The foundation’s work is supported by the event, which combines a passion for great food and drink with a commitment to community welfare.

 

This year’s festival is presented by Cerveza Pacifico, setting the stage for an evening of exceptional flavors and fun. Attendees will have the chance to sample delectable offerings from ten esteemed local restaurants and explore an impressive lineup of twenty craft breweries.
